【摘要】:1.1Thisisafire-test-responsestandard.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesameansofdeterminingtheburningbehaviorofstackingchairsusedinpublicoccupanciesbymeasuringspecificfire-testresponseswhenastackofchairsissubjectedtoaspecifiedflamingignitionsourceunderwellventilatedconditions.1.3Thistestmethodislimitedtostackedchairs.1.4Testdataareobtaineddescribingtheburningbehaviorfollowingapplicationofaspecificignitionsource,fromignitionuntilallburninghasceased,aperiodof1hhaselapsed,orflashoverundertestconditionsappearsinevitable.1.5Thistestmethoddoesnotprovideinformationonthefireperformanceofstackedchairsunderfireconditionsotherthanthoseconditionsspecifiedinthistestmethod.Inparticular,thistestmethoddoesnotapplytosmolderingignitionbycigarettes.Seeforfurtherinformation.1.6Therateofheatreleaseoftheburningtestspecimenismeasuredbyanoxygenconsumptionmethod.Seeforfurtherinformation.1.7Othermeasurementsaretheproductionoflight-obscuringsmokeandtheconcentrationsofcertaintoxicgasspeciesinthecombustiongases.Seeforfurtherinformation.1.8Theburningbehaviorisdocumentedvisuallybyphotographicorvideorecordings.1.9Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,productsorassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.10Firetestingofproductsandmaterialsisinherentlyhazardous,andadequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeemployedinconductingthesetests.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.1.11UsetheSIsystemofunitsinrefereedecisions;seeIEEE/ASTMSI-10.Theunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

本标准规定了多晶硅企业单位产品能源消耗限额的技术要求、统计范围、计算方法、计算范围、节能管理与措施。
本标准适用于所有以工业硅、氯气、氢气为原料生产三氯氢硅,以及副产物四氯化硅经氢化生产三氯氢硅,三氯氢硅经精馏提纯后,用高纯氢气还原生产多晶硅的企业单位产品能耗的计算、考核,以及对新建项目的能耗控制。
